For example, If you are using Jira as a ticketing system, you would need to search for tickets throughout your day.

For Jira, you would need to add this as a query

Learning:

This is not the first time I am recognizing the importance of mental health. I have learnt the hard way that mental health is much more important than physical health.

Here are a few points to support my views:

• If your mind is unrest, you will never be able to do the work properly. You would just keep thinking and thinking.

• Your physical health would start to deteriorate due to mental health.

• Mental peace is super important because everything starts with the mind, if you are overthinking, most of your life would go by thinking and it would invite a lot of disease.

Yeah, so please take care of your mental health and all.
